Talks

Talks are 20 minutes with 10 minutes of questions. All talks will take place in Humanities 1 Room 210. Presenters using printed handouts should bring their own. There is no commercial copying service on campus, and presenters are recommended to make adequate preparations before coming to campus. We are estimating about 40 conference attendees.

For presenters using slides, every conference venue has a projector and speakers, using an HDMI cable. Presenters should bring their own laptop and HDMI adaptor (if necessary), as one will not be provided.

Posters

The poster session will also take place in Humanities 1. Posters will be pinned on stands with a total usable surface area that is 3 ft x 4 ft.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be served in Humanities 1 Room 210 from 9:30-10am.

Lunch

Lunch will be served in Humanities 1 Room 202 from 12:15-1:30pm.
